I am going on roadtrip from CA to WA soon and I can’t wait. I am going to eat an omelette that has chicken fried steak and peperjack cheese in it and is topped with country gravy. If I was a betting girl I would bet that it is going to be the highlight of the trip. They make really good chicken fried steaks and country gravy in the northwest.
